Vankim (Avinash Thakur), hailing from Joginder Nagar Distt. Mandi, Himachal Pradesh is one emerging talent in the current desi hip hop scene. He is a full time Rapper, Lyricist and Performer. He has been thriving in this field since 2011.

A versatile Rapper, Lyricist and Composer. He recently collaborated with Sikander Kahlon which got tremendously exceptionally positive response full of accolades by the audience.

He is a young talent who has made a unique name for himself as one of the youngest and the leading most rapper from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India.

He also collaborated with Nitesh A.K.A Nick who is also from Himachal Pradesh, Having good numbers on YouTube

Vankim says, I can't forget my roots and the place where I belong to. I started rapping when there was still no internet connectivity in my village and people didn't know what rapping is. My friends motivation fueled my will to continue and today they are still my pillars of motivation.
